On February 8, the Castro Valley Municipal Advisory Council will review plans from the Castro Valley Sanitary district to construct a 20,000 square foot two-story building at 21195 Center Street. The parcel was originally purchased by CalTrans in 1984 and was acquired by CVSan in 2013 with the intent of constructing a new operations and maintenance building on the site. The proposed project would consolidate all Castro Valley Sanitary District operations including WasteWater Services, Zero Waste Services, and Business Services into one location. The applicant already has an approved CEQA IS/MND. The CVMAC 2/8 meeting will be held online and begins at 6 PM. During the meeting, the public can comment on this item.
